You are responsible for ensuring that the documents generated using MatterFlow comply with your jurisdiction’s laws and your firm's policies. MatterFlow does not guarantee legal sufficiency of any document template.

4. Subscription and Billing

MatterFlow is offered as a subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees associated with your chosen plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the billing portal.

5. Data and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user data. However, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and ensuring secure access to their systems.

6. Limitation of Liability

MatterFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
