How website intake works
MatterFlow Legal allows firms to collect intake directly from their website.
Visitors can submit their information through the embedded intake experience, and new submissions automatically create client records inside MatterFlow Legal.
Where to find the embed
Go to Settings → Website Intake.
Copy the embed code and place it on your website where you want prospective clients to submit information.
Example embed
Use the provided script and embed container from your MatterFlow Legal settings.
After publishing the code to your site, test it with a real submission to confirm records are being created correctly.
