Import Clients from Clio

Export your clients from Clio as a CSV file.

Before importing, review the CSV for missing values, duplicates, and inconsistent formatting.

Go to the client import area in MatterFlow Legal and upload the CSV file.

MatterFlow Legal creates client records based on the data provided.

Supported data commonly includes name, email, matter type, matter details, and status-related fields depending on your import structure.

After import, spot-check a few records to make sure the data looks correct.
